  • Judge Teresa Patrimonio Soriaso (middle) receives the award as The Most Outstanding Judge for 2011 from the Volunteer Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) for consistently upholding the cause of justice including her outstanding work in the highly sensational case of the Kidnapping and Murder of Barangay Captain Eleuterio A. Salabas, 2nd Mate Ticardo Suganob, and Maximo Lomoljo in Bacolod City. The accused, former police officer Clarence Dongail and two other police officers, were convicted and sentenced to three life terms or a total of 120 years on April 13, 2011. Engr.
