  • Instead of having the usual celebration with maritime industry friends and colleagues, the UFS president celebrated his 62nd birthday on November 8, 2011 at his farm in Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte along with his wife Marilyn Ruth, relatives, and friends (lower left photo). Engr. Ramirez is shown in the upper left photo working on the roasted calf, which highlighted the menu during the celebration. Upper photo meanwhile shows the UFS cadets welcoming Engr. Ramirez upon his arrival from Dipolog with a small birthday gift.
